By accessing and using the Enforcement Code platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Enforcement Code is a code enforcement operations platform provided to municipal government agencies ("Clients") and their residents ("Users").
Enforcement Code provides digital code enforcement management tools including: violation case management, field inspection documentation, resident reporting portals, smart notice generation, and analytics dashboards. The Service does not replace official legal processes of government agencies.

Enforcement Code uses smart classification technology for violation classification and notice generation. system-generated content is a DRAFT and MUST be reviewed by authorized personnel before official issuance. Enforcement Code does not guarantee accuracy of system-generated content and is not liable for notices issued without proper human review.
All data generated through use of the Service by government agencies remains the property of the respective agency. Enforcement Code acts as a data processor, not data owner. Data may be exported at any time upon Client request.
Enforcement Code is provided "as is." In no event shall Enforcement Code be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Enforcement Code's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
